This project is led by professional artists and emerging artists from Animate Arts Company. We are based in Kent and work in schools and community, encouraging young people to be really creative. You can find out about our work here

This project has a special artist team working in ten schools across Maidstone. Let's meet them....

 THE LEAD ARTISTS

Jo is the Artistic Director and working with three schools. She loves paper, cardboard, newspaper and brown paper - and cats. 

    

Wendy loves chasing shadows and catching memories. She is hoping to make lots of creative memories with her two schools on this project!

    

Maggie is brilliant at building things. She will be building some awesome structures and sculptures with her three schools on this project.

   

Wendy loves designing and growing gardens. She will be growing some special paper creations with her two schools.
